Our wholesale division offers those types of programs (buy rates) for situations like yours. The best person to contact to get more information in that regard would be Chris Pepe (CPepe@WBL.com) who is the Vice President of that department. The programs I am offering are a flat fee percentage based on our agreement regardless of the rate and term of the loan. These referral agreements are usually for people who are not primarily in this business but because of the nature of their business come across prospective clients. This programs is not as work-intesive as our wholesale programs. The referral can consist of a fully documented package or simply a name and number to save time and effort on that person's end. A representative from WBL will have the file from origination to funding and have direct contact the client (borrower) if any further information is needed.
