    What lender can fund given an expired license?

    Hello Decarlos
    I run this business since 2010
    I am a 1.5M dollar company.
    I am in the process of renewing my Green Card and currently while waiting for the new to arrive,(can take a year more) I have only expired ID's and I cannot renew them until I get the new green card.
    Can you work with that?

    Merchant really sounds like he's trying to stay as far away from liability as possible. typically Funders follow suit when they see that

    So no SSN, no TIN, and merchant's immigration status is "fluid"- Tough file, but Cooper has funded these.

    He should have a SSN if he has a green card that he is trying to renew.

    If he has a SSN, proof that he is in the process of renewing his greencard, and all the other usual stipulations check out, we should be fine to work with this merchant.

    Just not sure what he is looking for, funding wise, and whether we can meet it, but would not have an issue taking a look.
