The majority of these programs are not collateralizing the 401k, you are actually accessing the funds in the retirement account tax and penalty free. The 30,000 foot overview of the program is that you set a corporation up around the business, and can buy shares out of your 401k into the corporation - so it a legal way to access those funds for your business.
Our staff has some of the top ERISA and corporate securities attorneys in the country and we handle the entire rollover process from start to finish. I am happy to set up a call with you to walk through the program if you think your clients could benefit. We pay out great commissions on this product.
