You must not be accustomed to working with MCA lenders. The file IS solid, enough to sink to the bottom of the ocean. He bailed on one company and the chances are he'd likely do it again. At least that's what it'd look like on paper.

there are a ton of funders that fund defaults if it is a solid file . that is there language when they say they will do it .
if someone is doing low volume or has a ton of negative days than the default guys wont touch it because that is a weak file with default .
