Liberty City oh my ..i remember i was like 17 and drove down to Miami for a few weeks in the summer and we stopped 2AM for gas in liberty city (with out going into all the details) i am lucky to be alive ! Is the area safe now ??

It's still terrible. I drove through a year ago for the first time and couldn't believe slums like that existed in the US.
