    Anyone have a contact there? I cant seem to locate a website for them. Interested in signing them up and feedback?

    My opinion is simple about them.

    They aren’t scared to do weekly in a snap even behind a daily.
    They fund no COJ
    Max out at 150k I think
    They won’t be strong unless payment history

    "IF" they like it...huge caveat there

    They strong point is that they do % of deposit deals (think splits , but base don banks, not CC's) , splits (makes sense, they are in bed with BMS) and they pay commission on the RTR and send out same day as funding

    Legend Pays on RTR Too.

    I dont have much experience with LG, But everything that's being said about LG - I would say about Legend. Top Notch.

    Get in touch with them ASAP they are the best underwriters and have the best process. Let me know if you can’t reach them I will help you. Kress and JJ have been hooking it up for years.

    In my opinion Kress & JJ at LG are the best underwriters in the industry. They truly understand deals and how to assess risk on a much higher level then anyone I know in the industry. That is the reason why every bank loves to stack them. They are also very trust worthy and will never steal or "reshuffle" a lead.

    i just did a 250 k deal in 4 hours best company ever just dont stack them they will cut you off if your a honest shop call them they are really the only honest funder in our space

    ive used LG on and off for 4 years. Used to give better deals but they will outterm most folks. Do 8-9 months seconds and 3rds all day with good rates
