Pharmacy Doing 500k Monthly Clean

i have a pharmacy deal doing about 500k a month great ledger 700 fico only has kabbage. He wants 300k over 18 months at 25% max. Does anyone have any referrals for me? Principis declined due to Kabbage balance being over 50k. Slight loss on financials. I have 300k Iou approval but its 1.41 over 18

Get him bank credit lines (6-8% APR) and then give him the IOU to top it off.
All in all the rates will be lower than 25%
Also, there are factors and LOC lenders who can do this as well based on the AR aspect.
