    Whyyy?!?!?!

Why can't I find a good company to bring this term loan to? To all of my DF family, I have a client with many restaurants and real estate looking for a term loan in the single digits, looking for around 7-8mm. Direct Lenders or reputable brokers that are willing to point me in the right direction only.

Shop local banks. Banks are giving away money if you know how to present a deal. DF has 90% that deal with MCA why would you think they can offer something for you like this.
There are a couple of guys on this DF board that can probably help you place it if you don't know how to shop your banks. Good luck

I will make the assumption your merchant was not able to secure funding via his own bank.
The questions is what does this merchant qualify for, not what they supposedly want.

If the cash flow can support a $7Mil term note-Try CIT Financial. They are very large and finance restaurants. I don't believe they will they will finance the real estate.

I can't wait for the whole process with banks. I have a few acquisitions lined up that I need to take down for him.

    Id go Credit Cash.

Why is the merchant hung up on a "Term Loan"

Credit Cash LOVES Huge Deals. And they do Long Terms. And the Rates are Great.

He wants single digit rates. Not credit cash's cup of tea . Poster, do not bother even sending it there if the guy wants single digit rates.

I know a few people but do not want to share my arsenal.

I still fund deals (signed up) with fundingcircle. Lowest rate I've seen from them was 11%. You need to try axos bank or us bank or cit and have a fee agreement.
