    They’ve done a $100K construction deal for me before. But 90% of what they do is less than $15K. But their box is consistent.

    We fund those sizes throughout the day --its typical Love the 120-180 Zone but will fund the Micro Files with the same ease !!

    Wow! Just got a list of companies that filed CH11 in July.
    -The list is 3x longer than usual
    -A ton of trucking companies, construction companies, and retail related companies.
    -I have spoken to a bunch of the companies on the list. They all had multiple advances and were struggling. Several we passed on because there was not enough availability to pay off all the advances. Others just took another advance...

    Yikes!

    They take these advances and stack and stack and have to shut down. Broker makes a little cash but businesses are defaulting and can not sustain. I believe it
