Don't you think there are moral issues around charging MCA rates like 1.40 for 6 months or less to Non Profits?

Non-profits are businesses like any other... Actually I just dealt with a fraudulent non-profit who was hiding a bankruptcy and using fake ownership info. They can be real "gems", just like any other merchant.

the issue with Non-Profits...is that there are supposed to be no margins from which to work for funding purposes. If this info got into the wrong hands (ergo -- IRS), the business could have their non-profit status revoked.
Then one would be off t o the races ans the lawsuits ensued.

Who funds Non Profit?
The problem with nonprofits is that they technically have no ownership

Incorrect. Registration is not ownership. Once formed, the non-profit owns itself, its assets, and is the only entity entitled to revenues from operations. The founder(s) has/have no ownership interest. Non-profits cannot be sold as they have no stock to convey ownership.
You're an underwriter? That's terrifying.Last edited by CreditGuy; 11-07-2014 at 02:11 PM.

We will fund non-profit healthcare organizations through our AR lines of credit and factoring facilities. With much better rates than MCA.
