Need a Lender
We need a direct lender for a restaurant client. The deal needs to done as a credit card split because the bank statements reflect about (10) NSF's each month.
Here are the specifics:
TIB: 5 Years
Average Monthly Processing $30K

All we fund here are credit card split deals, since 2005. We do well with negative days/nsf's as long as the processing volume is consistent. We are first position only but will consolidate as long as the merchant nets 60-75% of the deal (case by case) .
