Looking for Loan Providers with Collateral ( low credit score)
Client needs a more of a traditional loan term (willing to put up house as collateral) But credit score is not good. Who is out there ?

Refi with their bank. Refer them to a good mortgage broker who can do a rapid re-score and move on to the next file.
