We do high risk files too! We fund 1st-6th position, funding up to 500k, buy rates as low as a 1.28 on clean 2nd and 3rds, and paying 12 points on high risk files. We fund within 1-2 hours of signed contracts coming back, we do hard offers (we run credit and background before sending offer out), and we usually underwrite files within 30 minutes of receiving submission.
