Need low cost equipment financing great credit ***no mca!!!

We have a gym that needs equipment financing for about $25k.

We have them approved with 360 Equipment Finance, but their rates are very expensive.

Both owners have very good credit.

We are NOT looking for an MCA, and are not looking to get terms similar to 360.

We want to find them an equipment finance lender that has normal rates, like 2% - 6% APR. Can do a 2-4 year term. Would especially love to find a No-Interest if paid within 1 year or 2 years program also.

    Thank you!

You want a company to loan money at less than the Fed Rate? Why would a company put their money to work @ 2%

As stated in the post, we're not looking for an MCA. We understand the MCA and alternative finance industry. We understand those rates are unrealistic for what we do.

We do hard money financing here and those rates start at 7%+ that's not what we're looking for.

We're looking for a bank that isn't in the MCA / Alt Lending industry who offers normal rates. People with good credit get loans for rates under 5% all the time. My first car loan was for 3.9% my second car loan was for 2%.

A lot of banks offer credit cards to small business owners for 0% interest if paid within the first year. We are looking for a program like that.

You aren’t getting rates that low. At best, you can get 6% through Wells Fargo or large bank for equipment leasing if everything is perfect.

Additionally, 2-6% isn’t normal rates for business financing. Like they said, 2% is a lower rate than the fed rate. Why would they lend for cheaper than they get it?

Sure, you may see a 0% credit card but they don’t mention it resets to 18% the following year.

And a no interest equipment loan? Come on.

5-6% isn't everyday rates, but it does happen often. As far as 0%, if you know what your doing and have a good relationship with the vendor, you can structure a deal to be "0%".

That is where you will have to get creative with the vendor and hope there is some wiggle room on price...

It's a friend of mine, I could care less about the commission on this deal.

Doesn't have to be an equipment loan, can be a business credit card with a 0% rate if paid within 1 year. Know of any banks who offer that?

Why not use Seek Capital or Torro?

I personally use Seek for all 0% interest credit cards.
