    Higher Risk Deal No COJ

    Which funders with high risk tolerances have stopped using COJ's. I know forward never used them and CFG has stopped. Which other funders have also stopped using them.

    Not looking for phone call from 500 funders trying to sign me up just asking a question.

    Pearl stopped requiring COJ's on all their deals. Wouldn't say they're a "High Risk" shop, but definitely delve more in the sub-prime kinda space
