    Unhappy Stacking

    Hi Guys,

Lately I have been noticing whatever deals I;m funding with Ondeck they are getting stacked by Everest on the same month! I would say 30-40%. I usually don't touch them until renewal Very upset about it. Is this normal?

do you have things in place to check your own reps. Sometimes you can have an off the book convo with your rep at the stacked house to try to see who it is .
Can also be lead source , when i did live transfers i found that they sold the data so many times over after 30days that all my deals were getting stacked

Well.....its only logical if you're certain theres a pattern with only your ODC clients getting stacked by only EBF you certainly have a leak. Seeing as how ODC is pretty secure and have online checkout with very little interface between their UW and the merchant its likely coming from your side.

    A. Perhaps other funders you submitted to prior are leaking
    B. You have a sticky finger rep inside

Well to be very honest. Whatever deal comes in it always goes to Ondeck first ONLY ONDECK! If it's decline from ondeck then I send it to other funders. Could be my rep issue and not sure if it;s only EBF but so far what I checked so far it's EBF I do work with call centers!

make it a practice to automatically stack your 1st position A deals like 90% of the other shops.
Might as well make the $$ yourself

on deck will cut you off if they catch on... and if you're grandfathered into their old buy rate program i'd tread carefully. depends how much you value that relationship, that being said, stacking ondeck can be very profitable

ahhhh, there you go!!! Call centers sell leads, if they know the disposition of the file that lead became more valuable to them.

Youre best bet is to compartmentalize the lead system.....NEVER use call centers system, insist on using your dialers / software. When I ran a call center it was always my dialer and data, the agents never saw more than they needed to and when it became a doc-in that lead disappeared from their sight never to know what happened other than you paid them for a lead.

I never stack Ondeck deals. I know they pay very little on renewal but still I'm happy!

Lol I had a person message me on Facebook saying she has leads from a call center she works at, specifically said they are re-sold to backdoor or add a 2nd position asap.
Could easily be your call center has a guy buying your leads and stacking them asap with his go to funder.

this really isnt very complicated. it's not the call center. these guys in Bangladesh or Philippines or wherever the **** aren't that competent or capable. they can barely get a qualified lead on the line, most of their leads are garbage and they don't understand finance at all... the leak is from inside ondeck. period. guaranteed

Don, I don't think you understand how hilarious that statement is right now. Some of us are privy to information that you aren't, so you should DEFINITELY take that back. Like take a 100% step back and erase the post.

some are privy to the ondeck data being recirculated. ive seen it with my own eyes, not joking at all

these lead generators have no desire or capability to fund direct. they want to sell leads. not fund deals. if they did want to place deals direct they wouldn't be talking to you and you wouldn't have funded it in the first place through them.

Don, ondeck data may be true. Wasn't talking about that part.
I'm talking about the comment about foreign lead gen. You're 100% right that many foreign lead gen is that way, but it's definitely not all of them, I have proof that doesn't matter. I'll let those that know laugh with me.

Someone in the back office @ ODC is backdooring your deals. whatdya expect when they get paid $25-30K a year & get offered $500 per deal?
