    Their website tries to portray a 'direct lender' but 99% chance they are a broker. Any website describing a variety of services like they do is typically a broker

    They are located in a coworking Regus office space, wonder if that is how they chose their business name? Next "funder" will be WeWork funding

    Do they fund all those products in house?? They have inside sales teams that, in general, these companies with those offerings will be brokering out majority of the deal types.

    -Company formed 11/29/2018
    -The Principal that runs the Company appears to have been a real estate broker in the past.
    -There are no UCCs filed against the Company. If you are doing all these types of deals one would think they have credit support for some institution.
    -Little to no internet presence.
    -Little to no evidence of anyone else working at the company. Again, doing all these types of deals, one would think they would have a good size staff.

    Smells like.......broker.
