    California Based
    Has Kabbage Deal.
    Is closing on a house refinance so soft pull only
    180k deposits per month
    Some Negative Days
    NSF's and Returned Items over last 90 days.

    How many negative days per month? Anything over 3-4 will be tough to find an offer on, if you do it will be short and expensive through most shops.
