Payroll processing- I find most merchant use ADP and hate it.
You can easily talk them into switching to another payroll company that saves them time & money (and offers you residuals)

If you decide to move forward selling credit card processing, I would advise to select 1/2 niche markets. Sell solutions,
Electronic Invoicing, Mobile Payments, Protecting Customer Data, E-Commerce, etc.
