    We need a Lender - cash out refi on PA based Funeral Home

    Hello,

    We have a PA located Funeral Home, they do no work on the deceased and never have. It is a former house but has been a Funeral Home for "2 generations". There is approx. 200,000. in equity. Our client needs 50,000.
