Funding for Foreign Owned Restaurant in USA * Edit owner does have L-1 already.
I have restaurant opened up in 2012, owner purchased pre-existing company, and is here now on a L-1 Visa. They'd like to get an advance/ACH deal to help with some upgrades at the location.
Ownership of the domestic business is split 20/20 between the husband and wife. The remaining 60% is owned by a foreign company located in Columbia, the Husband owns this company 100%.
No current advance or competitor product, I had them approved with a lender but they now are putting the deal on hold until the L-1's are granted.
Any takers or suggestions?
Located in Florida.
