No need for a 1099 if you're a Corp which keeps it simpler. But also if you're an LLC filing as a S or C Corp. From an ISO perspective, you're really asking the wrong question.... you should be asking an accountant what tax advantages you have as an LLC vs LLC filing as an S Corp vs LLC filing as a C Corp vs S Corp vs C Corp.

LLC (S-Corp) vs. C Corp comes down to protecting yourself & company against liability.
That is a discussion with a Attorney and CPA..

As far as opening a company if an LLC - look at Florida - very quick and painless and we have zero income tax.
Can always convert to a Corp at a later date.
