Restaurant deal with good credit looking for large amount

    Hey guys,

There are 2 owners, both with credit in high 6s to low 7s.

They do about $45k a month and have a $65k balance with a weekly payment.

The merchant is looking for $125k to pay off their balance and looking for a monthly payment.

They qualify for Loanme, but the rate is way too expensive for them.

They have a house but it would only qualify for $50k with WBL, so looking for some alternative options.

If there is an option that would help, please let me know!

How much equity do they have in the house?

ARF is great, but they aren’t doing this.

arf is no longer paying full commissions. You refer the deal, and they try and get it done and pay you 2-3 points.

I wouldnt submit anything to them anymore.
I put my contact info in here, and
was bombarded with spam from funders
