Start-up business with storefront, bad credit, no sales, but collateral
- Restaurant with no sales to date is being renovated prior to opening (has actual retail location)
- Credit high 500s
- owner has full-time employment with stable income
- business collateral valued at $30,000 (equipment)
any lenders that will fund?

Do they have any 401k or other retirement accounts? Also, any stock portfolios willing to collateralize? Could they bring in a co-signer with 700 credit or better?
