Have a restaurant that's making payments to corp turn around. Merchant has had a few deals and repaid but corp turn around somehow got in touch and told them they'd get a better deal. From talking to the merchant it doesn't seem they understood what they were getting into.
I understand what corp turn around does and know this deal has low chances. With all the "default funding" companies and such I wanted to see if there's an opportunity to get this deal done somewhere.
No interest in trying to "hide" corp turn around by moving payments to another account or something, don't contact me about anything like that. If a funder wants to give this deal a look with the understanding upfront that she's in this situation then I'm happy to vet them and let them.

It sucks, I hate them. Just had a deal the same thing - Guy didnt even think he defaulted he used the word CONSOLIDATION

Once the Deal Settles in Full, you can get a default deal done. But if there are current payments coming out, X that one off the list.
