I funded 200K 24 months 1.36 with monthly payments before they stopped. It's going to be very interesting to see what type of offers they come out with.

Hey folks,
Breakout will be back stronger than ever. We have a meaningful equity backer now and increased lines of credit, ensuring we are going to be funding aggressively going forward. Our credit box is actually expected to expand going forward, and offers will be as aggressive, if not more, then before at the same (lower) cost / longer term for A and A/B clients as before. I’m addition to our term loan, Breakout will be also especially pushing our FactorAdvantage product, whereby we are able to offer loans to a wide variety of risk profiles for companies that have factorable receivables (doesn’t matter whether they are already factoring). As extreme examples to show u how different this product is from our standard term loan or any other company is the space, two recent examples:
1. we’ve funded 1mm to consolidate 7 or 8 positions
2. We funded 640k to a sub 500 credit and several positions.
if u have a client that has factorable AR, definitely give breakout a call —you won’t just be saving your client from MCA churning, but also be able to generate double commission (deal dependent) from both breakout and the participating factor. Note, however, we are not a factoring company, but this product works with factor partners. So this isn’t just factoring. Contact steve@breakoutfinance.com
Lastly, to my friends here on the board, I’ll continue to follow the space and help with the relaunch of breakout, but I’ve decided to step down as ceo once we sold the business. As many of u know, my passion is Advanced tech, specifically artificial intelligence / deep machine learning and blockchain; each of which will be highly relevant to both this industry and many many others. Look forward to staying in touch.

Thanks my man. Bittersweet, but the time was right, the partner was perfect and deal terms were exactly what I was looking for. Exciting times coming for Breakout and our partners, and I will miss this forum; but will remain an advisor to and shareholder in breakout. New mgmt should drive this company to much higher heights and continue to provide new, innovative products to the market, while still maintains our same focus on ethics and disclosure.
And you never know, my work in AI may bring me full circle back to this industry!Carl Fairbank
