Merchant looking to refinance her house
I have never done this type of lending, so I am new to this.
The merchant's credit score is 650.
Her house is in FL and bought it in May 2018 for $750k - She owes about $630k and her rate is 7.990%
Any help here in the right direction would be great!

Do NOT work this file. You'll need a proper real estate broker's license. Just refer to a friend with one, maybe they'll pay you maybe not. Just do yourself a favor a walk away. Primary residences are not something brokers like ourselves want to touch.
