what do good ISO's do monthly

looking to find out what does a TOP ISO produce monthly in strictly MCAs. Not just with one funder...over all what is the best month you have seen as an ISO in funded MCAs

damn we did about 3 mill with 5 guys ... All star starting 5 .. kind of like the 86 celtics, 87 lakers, 97 bulls or 2018 warriors

27 people for 3mill? thats like a whole draft class minus the lottery picks

  8. #8
Maybe a better question would be:

How much do they fund sourcing their own deals.

How much do they fund co-brokering.

do you have inbound leads or are they all outbound?
makes a huge difference if someone spends 100k in ad words they better be funding 3-6 mil .if you have a backdoor you can fund 10 mil with 5 guys .
If they are calling on ucc / aged leads i call bull ****

lol by broker fair someone was spewing stupid numbers at me (that all reps are pocketing 50-100k a month and they have been doing it for 6 months only) . i told him log into you phone and show me the depisots and ill close up my whole shop and move under you . he then said he doesnt believe me so i took out all the cash i had on me (about 600) and said lets make a 600 dollor bet, that your top rep that is standing next to you did not deposit over 25k last month . He then walked away from me

    That ratio is no good.

If you trim down to the top producers everyone would make more. Lose the dead weight.

Ive been doing this a long long time. Small BROKER shops, with people who know what they are doing IMO is the way to go. 27 People??? What is Payroll? Overhead..... 3 Million? How are you eating?

OBV Im being sarcastic to prove a point, ever hear the expression 90% of the people do 10% of the work and the top 10% do 90% of the work. TRUE in sales orgs.

Ha yea exactly, most people are full of crap. There are easy ways to black out the parts of a bank statement to make it private as we all know, so please someone step up and post some deposit history!

Here is the truth...Depends on the Business Model -- I know 1 man Shows that go after specific companies that they know have sales between 500k-1M a month and travel down to meet the client like when Phillips sends a salesman down to a new Hospital to demo the latest Cat-Scan --they know the industry is not easily bank-fundable (oil rig / etc) and then come back with 300-600K offers and close several of these a month. when they cant get funded for 12-18 month terms they usually walk away but at times this Rep calls me and tells me they called back a few months later and need 200K from Mantis to pick up a quick fire-sale auction on OIL RIG MOTION COMPENSATION Supplies for a dime on the buck!

Assuming Moneypenny’s OpEx is low (which based on a zero marketing model, I believe is a safe assumption), they could be pretty darn profitable.

Some quick napkin numbers while I wait for my oil change:

27 agents at average pay of $5,000 per month (a significant overestimate): $135,000
Phone, dialer, crm for 27: $4,050
Rent for 3,500 square feet assuming $3 per sq: $10,150
Admin and other operating expenses (overestimated): $25,000
    Marketing: $5,000
    Total estimated expenses: $179,200

Gross revenue assuming 8% average commission: 240,000
    Net: $60,800

Just made that up real quick, but don’t knock his business model if you aren’t making at least $60,800 a month ;-)

Factor in lender bonuses and the fact that I overestimated many of his expenses, and he has a pretty nice business going on there.
