    4th Position - Good Experience with Vitalcap

    Wanted to share my good experience.

    Jeff and Ron at Vital Cap did a great job of putting a solid offer w/incentives together, especially for a 4th position loan. Client got funded as promised....and our commission was delivered next business day. Compared to some of the direct lenders in this particular space its a breath of fresh air. Especially when considering working through the UCC and credit issues, reasonable request and were able to work through any stips quickly.     Jeff is the F'ckin man at Vital!! funded 175k with him last week he definitely went above and beyond and made mountains move for me on this deal to get it funded. They have a great team over there
