Sales force is overpriced and overkill for our simple mca process
Custom built CRM are scams run by techies
Buying a crm nowadays shouldn’t cost you much at all (if any).

I use Centrex. I think they are trustworthy and I don’t have issues with them.
Is there something I am
overlooking? Seems pretty secure to me.Zachary Ramirez – CEO

Centrex is actually one of the most secure platforms in the sector and here is why:
Some of the other CRM platforms mentioned in this thread ONLY serve the B2B finance sector in the U.S which we all know at the moment, is a very un-regulated sector. Regulation is coming but at the moment, it's mostly un-regulated which means the tech companies that serve the sector are also un-regulated.
The consumer finance sector in the U.S however, is VERY regulated and is also very regulated depending on what type of consumer finance you are participating in. Here at Centrex Software, under the name DebtPayPro and DebtPayGateway (our owners own 100% of both), we serve the B2C finance sector where we hold millions and millions of dollars in consumer funds in escrow. This is the DebtPayGateway side of the business which sits on the DebtPayPro/Centrex platform. Because of this, the feds come in a few times a year and audit us as a tech company so that we can securely serve the consumer finance sector. There are laws that we MUST abide by or we will NOT pass these audits. Included in these laws are regulations on who we can and cannot hire, what we can and cannot participate in, where data is stored and how it's stored and who has access to it etc etc etc.
The Centrex Software/DebtPayPro platform is all one platform. We have not separated the consumer finance CRM from the business finance CRM therefore, our business finance customers get the added security that we offer as a tech company that serves the consumer finance sector.
Lastly, if this question is more about user security than data security, (users that have access to the CRM steeling data) our user permission system goes two levels deep. All user permissions under our "Roles" technology within Centrex Software are 100% controlled by the CRM customer and not us. The first level is what the user can and cannot "Do". They can send an email or they cannot send a text or they cannot fund a deal etc etc etc. Second level is what the user can and cannot "See". We call this data suppression which allows our customers to suppress data from any user login. Data like social security info, or bank account info, or any other data point within the CRM.
So in short, here at Centrex Software we go through far more checks and balances than any other B2B finance dedicated platform making us the most secure B2B finance dedicated platform out there. SalesForce is not B2B or B2C finance dedicated and is publicly traded and if you have the budget to work with them, by all means go for it. Centrex is far more affordable and is truly dedicated to the B2B and B2C finance sector.
I hope this helps shed a bit of light on Centrex Software security and the type of platform we are.
If anyone has any questions or would like to learn more I can be reached at (888) 622-5810 ex 101
Cheers, Trey
