I have a merchant who is buying 2 restaurants that do a combined $3.6 mill a year in gross rev. He does not own them yet and has sold 5 of his DQ locations in order to get most of the cash.
He has financials, banks and credit card statements for the business he is buying. He is putting down $1.6 mill. He needs another $400k at closing.

He has 5 rental homes, that are valued at around $400k each and he owes between $200-$250.

Looking for 24 month time frame to pay it back.

Who might be willing to look at this?

so this guy missed two payments with DACA, and they they used his COJ against him. So he has a default on his record.
So Lendvo said no good. Credit sucks as well.
Any other suggestions?
