I had the same issue a while back, my merchant was finally able to get the letter. Here is the contact info I was able to get then for Steve Reich P: 646-531-4440. Not sure if it is still accurate.

Good luck, as we all know, they are not the most ethical bunch over there lol

I remember wanting to close as much as these 3 guys (I reached that point now, closing 40-50 advances myself a month). Although they are unethical, I give them respect for the volume they do.

I wonder what the potential negative ramifications are going to be, In regards to new regulations and or merchant perception of the industry.
