Need 2nd position offering 1.25
Looking for 2nd position fund that can offer 1.20BR with 5 points built in.
The company is super solid.
2.3M annually. Has a 1st position in there with a balance around 160K.
I have offers ranging from 80-105K 1.27-1.30 BR.
Merchant is super rate conscience and wants something in the 1.2 arena
