    seeking direct lenders that do subprime business loans not MCA

    seeking DIRECT LENDERS that do subprime business loans with and without collateral Please email me at milford@commercialmortgagecap.com have 2 business loan deals to submit PLEASE not an MCA request just a business loan request that offers regular monthly payment type of repayments rates can be higher than bank

    I don't do monthly, but I can do weekly at 2 years with comparable rates. Give me a call

    We will factor (advance) against the A/R and we do not file on any other collateral except the A/R. (so they can get additional funding or loans in conjunction). Also its a NO P.G. program as well. Please contact me if this will work for your client.
