Factoring - Need A Company Who Can Move Fast

I have a factoring client who is currently 'in between' factoring companies and needs to find his new factor quickly. He left his old company at the end of may because he thought he was closing with a hedge fund on June 1. June 1 comes and the fund has missed that deadline and several others on other deals we had placed there. Merchant is holding 220k in invoices he needs to factor ASAP in order to have the capital to run his daily operations.

    -Waste Removal Doing 4MM/Yr
-Has a 500k tax lien with the IRS, an agreement has been reached in writing and the deposit will be paid from this factoring round
-Has 2 MCAs totaling about 100k
    -All invoices are Net 30

    Hello Richard,

Id be happy to take a look at this deal, however, we would have to pay the MCAs out of the proceeds of the initial advance.

Feel free to contact me at your convenience.

WAS the oldest bar...there use to be another spot in Key Biscayne that shut down to but that was so much fun, fresh caught dolphin or snapper, beer sold for $1 out of a cooler and the vibe you'd catch a VD just walking in the door lmao
