This is not against "CREDIT REPAIR" this is against a specific credit repair company! On page 6, it gives a list of things that they cannot, which is implying that those things may be illegal in some way. We know for sure that charging for credit repair before doing it is illegal. The main reason people sit in jail (not uncommon) is doing the quick credit repair, claiming a client had ID fraud and everything on their credit report is a lie, when in fact it was their mistakes.

You know that the credit "repair" company is doing fraud when you see negatives come off in 2 days.
