if its a clean file and the credit is strong that is only a 15 month program based on an average of 140k a month in cc sales. 15 month 1.23 is damn good but not unheard of if the file is strong and the iso is only putting in a couple of points

    Its not a 140k Average.
108 is AVerage over past 6 Months in CC Sales.

And it is only 12% Visa/MC.

A couple questions to narrow it down... 1) how long has he been in business? (if more than 10 years, it's BFS). 2) What are the closing/origination fees? (if none, it's Rapid Advance).

I think it's BFS... they go out 15 months, they offer a 1.15 buy program, and they are aggressive on CC split.

Way back in my ISO days, I funded a stripclub in NJ with Principis and they gave me a similar offer with a single digit HB%....they dont fund stripclubs any longer but it was by far the best CC split offer Ive ever seen. This was 2017.

Not Rapid, when I funded him previously rapid killed the deal.
And I ended up funding a split with Quikstone. IT JUST MAKES NO SENSE.

And Industry is FURNITURE. An SIC that used to be on everyones HIGH RISK RESTRICTED list

If you're pricing an ACH deal, we are talking CC splits so depends on that merchant's sales trends. The merchant I am mentioning was seasonal, summer was his busiest months and stipped the hell out of it. By my review it was like a 15-18 month deal looking at PB months, even the UW acknowledged it when I confirmed the offer.

Principis does 18 month ACH and CC deals. For CCs they can do 1.29 sell rate over 18. Can become a 1.23 if broker cuts points or underwriting cuts a break.
