How big are the files? I assume you already compressed them?

Just use wetransfer upload the files and email them to the submission and cc your rep :P and send the file again from your email with the link :P I had a similar situation with Ondeck but my rep handled it perfectly

download Nitro and shrink the file, and make any other edits you need to PDF's (edits, combining attachments, separating attachments, etc etc). smallpdf.com works good too
