I know but I was born and raised in NY. I like the hustle and bustle. Plus as mrmrg said, Class A office space.

There is great class office space in other locations. I have a lot of friends on Brickell that are dying to get out. Traffic sucks, no good parking, and wait till there's a good rain storm.... You can swim to the office or catch fish in the street.

Born and raised in Miami, Brickell is dumb for a sales office......The employees you want / hire would likely be traveling out of the way to get to Brickell only just to have it as a flex. You want to keep your bottom line fat go to NW broward like Pines, Davie or Coral Springs area. Thats where most call centers are located, labor is cheap as is the office expense. Brickell is for the highly educated crowd aka Law firms, accounting firms and conglomerates etc.
