I dont have a California Lenders License as a broker but many of the 1st position guys i work with won't process my california deals
who are some 1st position funders with low buy rates and long terms you would suggest another thing that annoys me is alot of these 1st position funders want me to hit targets to get their better rates or hit targets to get off their referral program its annoying

Also Does anyone have a solid guy that can help me get my California Lenders License quickly

Try prinicpis, no California license needed. Only caveat is they take 2 days to do final underwriting.

We fund California all the time. Has to be credit card split deals though.

lender that declined you due to a license probably just stole your deal while you look for a smuch broker to take half your work. Just go to a different lender.
