Hello,

We have a client with a very successful restaurant. Our client has multiple MCA's and the Monthly pulls along with renovating a 2nd location are stretching him to thin.

His deposits were Feb:185,000. March: 190,000. April: 197,000. and May: 190,000.

The only Assets he owns is his residence which has approx. 150,000. in equity.

We need something creative. Obviously he is a great find but he needs to get freed up. I think we need to use future receivables, the home, etc.
