A07500 is on the agenda, the one that would ban filing COJs against non-New York residents. All these hours dedicated to farm bill debate just means that the Assembly could be in for a very late night. I don't know what time the bill is expected to come up for a vote unfortunately.

Farming is the most important staple...coj yay or nay who cares however we need our farmers to produce (no pun intended!)...
