Less then 50% ownership 300k monthly average
client only has 12% ownership. All owners have around 8-12%. going to need someone to accept 20-30% ownership on this one.
Business did 3.4MM last year and is up this year.
Looking for 300k on 12 months, client knows what the cost of capital could be and is on board just need to find the right lender who can work with the ownership issue.
