Are you looking to pull consultant / professional service fees?

If yes and the number of monthly pulls isn't so large that you would require sophisticated technology to manage them, then I'd say go with your commercial banking partner vs ACH processor. That would be the least expensive method and you'll have access to the funds quicker. I can't speak for Metropolitan bank, but I know we have customers that work with them.

quickbooks, super cheap

bill.com also does this, from what I understand. I don't have experience yet.
QuickBooks and Bill.com require a "push," though, not a "pull."
