Term Loan
I'm looking for the best term loan lenders. My client has 4 residential non owner occupied properties in CA that are appraised for $9.16 million with $4.31 million in equity and a few restaurants. I need someone with a fast turn around time and aggressive rates

The restaurants and everything in his acquisitions folder make roughly $12 million a year. I am looking for about $4million
