    I have ISO's that do GREAT who go door to door offering credit card processing that would get eaten alive if he was competing with the MCA power brokers but since he strolls into his merchants and chats about anythnig and everything and than discusses the offers like hes reading a novel they close the deal with him and funds 200K-500K every month --My point is depending on the strategy one takes dictates the kind of salesman one must be. chasing UCC leads that are attacked by many brokers or leads that are stepped on more then an airport floor on thanksgiving week one would need to be a killer salesman however walking into merchants up and down Reno Nevada's strip malls than good old hounest common sense will ALWAYS win the power broker on the phone!! (with a fat watch and a Ferrari park right outside).
