Yes, just about every funder has one. Just some funders police stacking harder than others and in different ways.

Ah, makes sense. This was from 2015 though, Pearl was a much different shop back then (quick COJ enforcement was likely a driver behind Rapid's lawsuit). Anyone have any recent issues with Rapid pursuing litigation regarding stacking?

Not 2nd's just "Can't go behind Rapid." Clearly this lawsuit mentioned in this thread is scaring some funders away. I was just wondering if anyone has had any recent issues regarding stacking and litigation issues with Rapid.
