    Need hard money to 70% cltv

    Borrower has 680 credit and just had a ch 13 discharged last month. Investment property going to 70% cltv at $450,000 loan amount (cash out). Self employed so looking for little in the way of income asset documentation. Located in PA. Who can help? Thanks

    When you say 70% CLTV, is this because there's another lien on the property? Or did you mean 70% LTV?
    What type of property? SFR, 2-4 unit, etc?
    Borrower has a primary home (somewhere?)

    There is one lien; so LTV. So it's a cash-out refi the existing loan. It is a funeral home that owns the building.

    WBL goes up to 70% on commercial properties, sometimes even higher. Give me a call!
