Medical coding is a business we know well as it really is a staffing play. Depending on who the payers are, we might be able to provide a factoring facility. If they are doing $500K/month they likely have $750-800K in AR outstanding. That being said, you could likely get them a larger and more cost effective facility while earning good commissions for the life of the client.

I don’t see how. If the best offer you received for them was $60K a month ago, even if them greatly increased revenue last month can’t see how you get to $400K. Being that he was triple funded 6 weeks ago makes it that much harder, even if it’s paid off. .
