The merchant, a highly qualified and seasoned expert in the European and American racing world, needs a quick 500k-1M to launch a major new cycle of an existing, tested and ready to race team/equipment. This relatively small amount of funding triggers major marketing and sponsoring budgets, television distribution, extremely rewarding side-activities (licensed merchandise, clothes, toys, equipment), existing partnership with a major gaming network as well as the biggest gaming platforms, existing partnership with major US toy producer, federal educational STEM programs and more.

Given the extremely sensitive nature of this deal, NDAs will be necessary before more details can be given.
